Our Cold Brew

Our roasts highlight the natural flavour notes of the bean, which results in a light to medium roast.  We look for an organic bean that brews sweet and fruity, with a chocolate finish.


We immerse the grounds in clean filtered water for up to 24 hours. After careful and extensive filtration, our brew is stored and chilled in nitrogen-flushed kegs and bottles, which helps preserve quality. The result is a smooth coffee that is naturally sweet and low in acidity.


Our cold brew is available at our events and in ready-to-drink bottles.
